This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and BEE WALLET Inc. regarding your use of the "Second Phone Number" mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

We may make changes or modifications to this Agreement at any time without specific notice. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes will indicate your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

III. RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN USE THE APP

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the App. Minors between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years old may use the App with parental or guardian consent.

IV. GENERAL TERMS

The App is a utility program for mobile devices that provides an additional phone number, international calling, call recording, SMS/MMS messaging, contact management, and message history.

The App is for personal non-commercial use only, and you may only use it for the purposes mentioned above.

VI. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The App's source code, design, content, and trademarks are protected by copyright laws and other relevant laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used without permission.

The basic features of the App are free. Some services and additional features require paid subscriptions. Subscription prices may vary and are subject to change. You can manage your subscriptions through your iTunes Account Settings.

The App may link to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for their content, and your use of such websites is subject to their terms of agreement.

XI. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App and its services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make any warranties regarding the functionality or quality of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.

XII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or its services. We are not responsible for third-party products or services accessed through the App. You are solely responsible for complying with call recording laws and regulations.

XIII. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any claims or disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, New York.

XVI. TERMINATION

We may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

XVII. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be modified or deleted, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
